Costa Rican Realtor: Enis Davis-Lewars

I studied at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada, and was a law clerk in Toronto for 35 years. At age 24, I purchased my first property and immediately fell in love with real estate investment. Since that time I have taken many continuing education courses in real estate and obtained my licence as a mortgage agent in Toronto. Over the years, I also became an avid investor in properties which provided me with the knowledge and passion to continue delving in real estate.

In 2015, my spouse and I moved to Playa Flamingo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. To familiarize myself with the Costa Rican laws with respect to real estate, I attended courses held by CRGAR and became an association member.

In January, 2017, I joined Summer Coast Realty as a Costa Rican real estate agent. I offer complete services for the buying and selling property in Costa Rica; and assist home owners with locating suitable tenants for their homes and helping guests to find the perfect accommodation. I also provide property management services.
